Overall Rating - 5 stars Easy of getting a quote - 5 stars It took only a few minutes after I submitted my information. Time from purchase to transport assignment - 5 stars Purchased on Saturday and transport company assigned on Monday. Time from assignment to pickup - 5 stars Assigned on Monday afternoon and picked up Tuesday morning. Time from pickup to deliver - 5 stars It was about 26 hours total and it was an 11 hour trip. Communication of sales and support people at Shop A Car Direct - 5 stars The responded to email within an hour or two and calls/texts immediately. Communication of BA Trucking Company (transporter) - 2 stars Impossible to reach for both me and Ship A Car Direct. Took Ship A Car Direct two hours to reach them after being assigned with a pickup next day and they said they would contact me between 8 and 9 am on morning of the pickup, but didn't ever call. First contact was when he arrived at the pickup location, Fortunately the car was somewhere that was staffed. Got a call about 1 hour before drop-off, but only after he called the pickup contact to get my number even though it had been supplied. Quality of transport - 5 stars No damage, friendly and fast.
