I helped my father to transfer his car from PA to CA. I was searching for the car transport services, the 1st one, the sales I contacted was so aggressive and hasty and didn't give me the answer that I asked. And I searched again and contacted Ship-a-car-direct. Scott gave me the best offer w/ all the answers that I asked(it was my first time to order the car transfer, so I wanted to know the process). And the Jin and Vinh from transauto(the carrier) was also very efficient(1day earlier than I expected and no damage at all) with car transport and communication. Only thing if I can suggest to the ship a car direct, if they can unify the communication system(sales and transfer team re: car tracking), it would be the best. Thank you!
