This is a great company. They always get back to you in time regarding your questions. I was a first time user of the platform in general. I had never shipped a car before. They helped me answered every concerns I have. For example, if I am allowed to have luggage inside my car. This company will charge you when a driver is assigned to you, and you can to choose to pay in full when the car is delivered to you, which is great. Afterward, they will send you follow ups. Everyone in the team introduced themselves and their role within the company as well as how they are able to assist you in different aspects, such as potential damage, driver contact. I would recommend.
