I was hesitant in using ship a car direct due to mixed reviews. I anticipated everything that could go wrong would go wrong. However I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the entire process was! I received a quote within 24 hours of my request. I took some time to make my decision to use ship a car direct was not bombarded with sales calls. Once I decided to use ship a car direct I contacted the sales rep was able to reach her immediately. Set up my order online with ease. I received notification as to when my car would be picked up and delivered. Pick up and delivery was as stated. Tes Auto Inc was the company that did the actual transport so they do get credit for getting the delivery done smoothly they also were easily reachable when I had a question or needed to contact the driver. There was no damage to my car and the price was as agreed upon.
