Great except wasn't given enough notice on car pickup

For the most part these guys were great. All the people I spoke with and met were very professional, courteous, and helpful. The one thing I wasn't thrilled with was I was only told the night before that my car would be getting picked up the next morning (all I knew before that was it would be picked up within a span of a few days). I was told I'd get a call a couple days before to confirm pickup time, so when I didn't get a call I tried calling them because I was trying to figure out my work schedule/transportation for the next few days. But I couldn't get in touch with anyone until finally the driver called me the night before and said he needed to pick up the car the next morning and that it wasn't flexible. The driver did say that he was having problems with his phone, and we found a location on his route that was closer to my job. So it ended up working out fine but earlier notice would have saved me a lot of stress, moving things around, and essentially I would have told my job I couldn't work that day - the gig was 30 miles from my house and meeting for car pick-up at 9am had me getting to the town about 4 hours before the gig.
