After reading all the horror stories relating to the auto shipping industry, I conducted a great deal of research and chose Ship a Car Direct based upon their positive reviews. John walked me through the entire process. His honesty gave me a level of comfort and I soon realized that I made the right choice. The entire process went off without a hitch and my car was shipped from New York to California. His constant communication kept me informed and the app was user-friendly.
