Ship a Car Direct was a great company to work with. They honored the initial quote they gave (unlike another company we considered going with that immediately upped the price after they gave us a low ball quote). They were easy to work with and very communicative. The carrier that transported our vehicle was very fast in picking up and dropping off the vehicle, but we had issues with grease/oil getting all over the hood and front glass from another vehicle that was on their truck. Ship a Car has an easy to use app that helped us document this, and is working with us in having a claim filed with the carrier. Overall this has been a great experience!
