I contacted several companies to ship my car from New York to California and found that many of them did not give me the customer service experience I was looking for. Ship A Car Direct kept me informed of everything going on until my car arrived safely. They put my mind at ease the entire time which was very comforting. Also, their prices were the BEST compared to all other carriers. I will use them again in the future.
