The reason I am rating 5 start is due to the reliability factor and I had always someone to talk to for any questions or when anything goes wrong. Though the transporter they used was unprofessional, I contacted shiptocardirect and they took care of things immediately. I had option to go to another transporter directly but I rather pay little more for a professional and reliable service.
