Beware of Additional Fees

Would never use them again. They tell you its a door to door service but they don't check if they can deliver or not so I got hit with additional tow truck to fees to drop the car at my house. Smaller boutique shippers will have this priced into their quote. I contacted shipacar. The call center in India weren't interested and said its standard practice so make sure you factor this into their cost when booking with them. Also, communication from the actual towing company was non existent, they confirmed a date and then changed the date but didn't tell us so we wasted a day at home, then they couldn't confirm the time so we waited another whole day for pickup. I heard 2 hrs before that they are dropping off... and then had to scramble to find a tow truck.
