Used Ship a Car Direct to ship our car from CO to NJ before Christmas. Customer service (esp Matt) was excellent- gave us good advice on time window to ensure prompt shipping and accessible by both phone and email. Due to busy holiday season shipping cost was higher than initial quote so Ship a Car Direct promptly refunded us some of the broker fee. Actual shipping truck/driver great as well- were flexible on pick up and drop off time (got car across country in a few days). Highly recommend- would use again!
