I had my car transported from New Jersey to Colorado. The process was straightforward and simple. The only thing that I'd like to see improved is the timeframe in which a carrier is assigned. My original carrier was assigned 2 days before my first available pickup date and ended up cancelling. The next carrier had some difficulty in communicating the exact time that they'd arrive. Scheduling the pickup date about a week in advance would prevent worrying if the car will be picked up on time. However, once a date was set, the car was picked up on time and delivered in great shape.
