The response of recommendation of a trucking company was within half a day. There were daily emails and reminders. An app was available to document condition of car by pictures. The app was super easy to use, guiding me thru each picture to be taken. Most of the communications was programmed from what I could tell, highly efficient. I did not actually talk to a live person, but they really seem to have this down to a science, very impressive.
