I will definitely use their service again if applicable in the future, and I will share it with my friends as well. a. Does require a phone number for a quote b. No endless phone calls after I put my information when I decided to use their service c. Customer service called me and showed their professionalism, which was sure reassuring d. The shipper raised the price from quote, and they just consumed that raise by taking less agent fee. Total price for me has not changed e. Although like 12 hours late than expencted, but it was early noticed Overall, great experience
