I had no clue as to who to hire for this vehicle transport. My first contact with Ship a Car Direct was positive, having all of my questions answered. There also was great follow up, so that I knew when someone was lined up to transport my car, when it would be picked up and approximate time of delivery. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs this service. Kathleen
