I contacted John at Ship A Car Direct earlier in year asking for a quote to ship my daughter's car from Georgia to California. Plans changed, and he was very responsive and let me postpone the ship date, with no hassle. Later, I asked that we confirm a ship date, and he did so immediately. It was easy, and fast, and we had the car delivered in great shape with good communication throughout the process.
