Prior to the recent transport, I’ve never dealt with auto transport. My initial effort involved considering two brokerages. Neither were customer service oriented and required several follow-ups on my side. I did one last Google search and found Ship A Car Direct. I placed a phone call and within the first minute I knew I had found a company earning my business. Everything was explained, clearly and simply. The rate was aligned with all the other quotes I had received. Finalizing the request was easy. The transport was quick and flawless. I couldn’t be happier.
