Had our Honda Civic shipped from Florida to Texas. Took about a week from pickup to delivery. The car arrived in great shape. My only complaint had to do with some of the communication. On pick up day, I received an email that we had a broker bid on the car for pickup that same day. I asked for a time for pickup and was told that the company would call to coordinate. We didn't get a call until he had arrived at the gate to our apartment and was there picking up the car. Similarly, on drop off, we were told it would be delivered on Sunday. Then on Sunday, we didn't hear anything and called to find out if would be delivered on Monday and that they would call a few hours in advance to coordinate a time. Again, the only call we received was when the guy arrived. We had to rush back to the apartment to meet him there. Additionally, it seemed like there was not much communication between the shipacardirect and the company driving as I had to provide the status updates to shipacar as when the car was picked up and delivered. Overall, it was not a bad experience. The car was picked up and delivered quickly and there was absolutely no damage to the vehicle, however I do wish the communication regarding pickup and delivery was a little more clear.
