Ship A Car provided great customer service (friendly, thorough, understanding of my time constraints, speedy responses to my calls or emails), but I would have preferred more communication as to the pick-up and drop-off days and times from the company they subcontracted for the actual shipping. Only giving this review 4 instead of 5 stars for that reason. Otherwise, the company they subcontracted with did an excellent job, too. Upon delivery, I was concerned about some faint scratches on the hood of my car (probably from driving under trees), and the man who delivered went above and beyond to correct it for me. He took the car to get washed, and rubbed out the scratches with rubbing compound. I was/am very appreciative.
