pretty effortless. I contacted you guys and you picked up my daughter's car in Utah and delivered it here to Aabama in 4 days. I was given the number of the transport driver and could cal him at any time. If I had questions the company was glad to answer them. I just met the transport with the bank check and drove away. couldn't have been simpler.
