The best thing about Ship a Car Direct was definitely the service. I received updates via email whenever there was new information about my car delivery. I also was able to talk to my coordinator(John) on the phone whenever necessary. They found a very reliable trucking company(Walking Horse Auto Transport LLC) which handled my car well. My one suggestion to consumers is to be willing to quote a bit higher from the get-go. John worked with me to find something at a lower price, but we had to increase the quote to get a reliable trucking company closer to my desired date of pick-up. Keeping that in mind for the future, I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again for their excellent communication and service.
