Ultimately, everything worked out well with Ship A Car Direct and I was able to safely ship two cars from CT to WA. The communication from the company was good, however we did miss our timeline by about a week even though our order was in well ahead of time. The original quote was also significantly lower than what we ended up paying as we became more desperate to have the cars shipped in a reasonable time. Like I said, once we were actually matched up with a carrier everything worked out fine, that process just took a lot longer than expected and forced us to significantly change our plans from the original dates.
