Everything went smoothly from order, thru scheduling pickup and delivery. I had to call Scott several times with questions about the process and where things stood. He was always very cooperative and willing to clarify any issues that I raised. I had never had reason before to get involved in shipping a car, but this experience removed any doubts that I might have had.
