I used services of Ship A Car Direct for shipping my car and happy to say that it has been a very good experience.
when this got initiated they assigned a direct contact to talk with in case of any query or concern I had. The Car pick time and deliver time were also flexible and the person who did this was very understanding. One more thing - they closely inspected the car for any damage, scratch or dings at the time of pick up and delivered in the same shape.
One thing where I think there is possibility of improvement is the payment process. If they can make it possible to pay the the complete payment online then it would be great (may be they have this process available but I missed it).
