This was my first time shipping a car (ID to CA while remotely setting up arrangements from another state). Eve was fantastic, patient, and great at explaining everything. Pick up and drop off was rather quick, though the driver was late for pick up and a bit rude. However, Eve and the rest of the team were quick to respond to my concerns and reassured me that they would refrain from using that contractor in the future. A++ customer service made everything go smoothly. Eve would always respond to my calls via phone or text. They really went the extra mile and made me feel that my car was in good hands. Thank you, Eve!!
