In short, Ship a Car Direct is a professional outfit with high quality standards and diligent communication. My car was picked up / dropped off within the quoted date windows. My agent Scott provided regular email/text updates. Once a carrier was assigned, I was notified immediately with the driver contact info - it was a smooth hand-off. Ultimately, the actual cost of the shipment was within $75 of the original quote with my agent Scott sharing in the cost of the slight increase to move the car. I was delighted that my car was shipped in a covered trailer, even though I was quoted an open trailer. The driver was professional and responsive to my calls/texts during transit to time delivery. My car was delivered in pristine condition. I would use Ship A Cart Direct again.
