Overall I am happy with the service Ship A Car Direct provided. The best thing about the this company is their customer service. I was quoted a certain price when I made the car transport request and I ended paying that exact price - the actual transporter requested $25 extra to the transportation cost, therefore Ship A Car Direct reduced their service fee by $25 to keep the overall cost of the car transport the same as the quoted price at their own expense. My car was picked up and dropped off on the exact days that were quoted to me. There was one issue in that I was not contacted on or prior to the pick up day, therefore I did not know if my car was still on track to be picked up on the expected day. When I called the actual transporter of the vehicle they seemed to not know about the car pickup and said they would call me back (which they didn't) and then would not respond to future phone calls. I emailed Kosta and customer service about the problem, and received a response from both within 30-60 minutes of my email stating they were looking into the problem. Ship A Car Direct was able get a hold of the transporter within another 60 minutes, and my car was picked up about 3-4 hours after initially contacting Ship A Car Direct about the problem.
