I had researched several transport companies before I made my final decision. I found the the transport business to be quite crazy (everyone was giving me different information). I was shipping from the east coast to the west coast and needed the car delivered within a reasonable window. Ship a Car Direct was not the lowest price and not my initial first choice. But after a several conversations with other companies I came back to SAC because Jennifer was upfront on what to expect with a cross country transport. I trusted her expertise and gave SAC the job. There are no guarantees when shipping long distance. But they mapped out a plan and they delivered. Jennifer was great to work with and she and her team stayed in contact with me from beginning to end. The transport company SAC used could not have been more accommodating and professional. The car was picked up and delivered on the exact dates they committed too. If I have to move a car again...I will call Jennifer and use SHIP A CAR DIRECT!
