New to the car carrier experience, I nearly signed up with an unreliable company because of my desire to go with the best offer. Fortunately, I did some research before committing and decided to spend more money on Ship a Car Direct, a company with one of the best ratings. This proved to be a wise decision because of our unusual situation at the drop off, and it was worth paying more for peace of mind. Highly recommended to do research.
I rarely give 5 stars for anything, and there was a time change for the drop off that happened on the morning of the drop off day that threw off our schedule somewhat, but otherwise everything was smooth, clear, and Ship a Car Direct was there at every stage in the process to offer support.
