Using Ship-A-Car-Direct was easy and Stefan did his best to coordinate transportation for my vehicle with a short notice. I, however, would like to give a shout-out to Kosta who exemplified great customer service. I had originally worked with him on my order, but had to cancel it last minute due to a death in my family. The chosen transportation company was also quick (HWA Transportation LLC) and easy to contact.
