I was very satisfied with the whole process from the initial communications with Ship a Car Direct to the final delivery of my vehicle., Matt at SACD kept me informed as to the progress in getting a carrier to meet my pick up and delivery requirements. When I needed to change my need by dates he quickly responded and within a short period had a carrier identified and the necessary contact information. The carrier (JSK Transportation LLC) contacted me the next day and we set up a scheduled pick up date and time. i informed Matt that everything was set and thanked him for his support,The carrier called me on his cell and told me where he was and what time he would pick up and again during th transportation from NC to Texas. The pickup and delivery times were literally within minutes of when he said. The whole experience was perfect and I would certainly recommend Ship a Car Direct and JSK to anyone interested.
