It was a little confused with pick up date, I gave 3 days window 2 months in advance but at the last day of the window they said they couldn’t find a driver that would take the job (from WI to CA) so they asked for a higher price and told me that they’re not going to Santa Barbara because it’s too far , so $100 was added to the quote price and I had to accept that the car will be delivered to another city 1 hr away. When it’s close to the estimate delivery day, the driver contacted me he will deliver early and to my town and will call me to confirm the next day. The next day I had to call him back to find out he gave the car to the local driver who then told me he’s can’t make it that day and won’t go to my town, need to be 1 hr away still. Finally another driver called me a day later to say that if I want to car delivered to my town, it’s gonna be another $100 or it’ll be dropped off 1 hr away. At the end I got the car on time (1 wk) but with some confusing calls and extra $200 from the quote price.
