I was shipping my car from Rochester,NY to Bellevue,WA. They were unable to get the car shipped by the date they promised as they had to wait for enough people to fit in the truck. Not many people were heading towards Bellevue at that time. However, they had an open communication channel with me letting me know regarding the delay. When they did find the driver, he promptly came to pick it up and delivered it to the destination in a week. Since I chose an open container, there were tons of bugs stuck to the windshield.. so chose a closed container if you care about that. My car returned in the exact condition that it left. Good job !
