Before using Ship a Car Direct I had booked with another company that never showed to pick up my car. Once I booked with Ship a Car Direct, I had a driver assigned to my pick up quickly, they called an hour ahead to double check pick up and arrived on time. It was the same on the other end, I got a call the night before, then again an hour before. Easy and smooth transport, the car was in the same condition as pick up and it arrive a few days early. The people I contacted to ask questions were helpful and got back to me right away. This was a great experience.
