I was very happy with the service and with the shipper they contracted. The car was picked up within a few days of my first-available date, and they actually came a day earlier than the initial estimate. Loading onto the truck took only 20 minutes or so. They arrived on the date they said they would, and called with a pick-up location about an hour before they arrived. Pickup and drop off were both reasonably close, given that my locations were residential and urban. Payment was very easy. My situation was a bit complicated since I was out of the country during both pickup and dropoff, but the shipper had no issues getting in touch with family members on both ends who were managing the shipment for me. Ship a Car direct was also great about communication via email and phone. I would certainly use them again.
