I had two cars shipped from midwest to east coast, on in April and one in June. For the first car, I used another broker to ship my car. It was a good experience despite a slightly higher fee (shipping + brokerage) than the quote I got from Ship a Car Direct. For the second car, I decided to use Ship a Car Direct because of the slightly lower quote. It was also a good experience because the carrier assigned to my second car was exactly the same carrier that transported my first car. The representative of Ship a Car Direct was professional and reachable.
