My experience using ship a car direct was excellent. They were responsive (via email or by phone). My car was picked up on time from Boston and was delivered to Houston within 4 days. The drivers in both states were professional and courteous. If one prefers, pretty much everything can be handled online/ via email which is a plus because who has time to hold a telephone line for long periods of time?! If I am shipping my car in the future, I will certainly use them and would recommend them to anyone.
