Rene with Ship a Car Direct was terrific. She was easy to reach either by phone, text or email. The process was thoroughly explained and our car was handled very carefully from start to finish. All timelines were completed as our car needed to be in California by a specific day and time in order to continue shipping to Hawaii. Our car carrier was excellent, as our car arrived in the same condition then when they picked it up at our home. We would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and the car carrier that was assigned to transport our car.
