David was very helpful. The videos also helped ease some concerns. The process was surprisingly smooth. Aside from the driver being late for the pickup. All else went great. Even then, Ship a Car Direct was very helpful in providing updates and putting me in contact with the driver.
The driver was also great and kept an open line of communication.
