I had my car ship from California to Illinois and it went pretty smoothly. There were a few hiccups in the beginning in communicating with my carrier, but the customer service at Ship A Car Direct were extremely helpful in getting me in touch with the carrier. I appreciated how my carrier consistently updated me after the pick up to keep me in the loop with when my car would arrive. Everything was expected and the car got to Illinois in perfect condition (a little dirty, but it's expected). I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again when I relocate back to California.
