Very very bad experience with this broker

19 days, they cannot find any carrier for me.


I placed order on 5/31/2018, and cancelled order on 6/18/2018, at time when I cancelled the order, they cannot find any carrier for me.


I have tried to contact the customer rep (Stefan, 917-512-9780, stefan@shipacardirect.com). Every time, all his answer is " I do not know", he does not know when they can find carrier, he does not know any solution to this badly delay, he cannot do anything, he even said: he has nothing to do with this delay. This customer rep is very bad. Many times, I chatted online about my concern on delay, the online chat told me that Stefan will contact me about my order, but he never, until the fourth or fifth time, I told online chat that I never get any feedback from this guy, the online chat guarantee that this will never happen again, Stefan will sure to contact me. Finally, I received his call, it is totally useless, he kept on saying "I do not know", and said" he has nothing to do with the delay" I lost the patient, I went to other broker, I checked two, both gave me a good solution, and promise they can find carrier pickup my car in one week. So, I cancelled order. One of two broker is pretty good, he did what he promised, and my car has already been picked up at promised time. Be far away from this broker, all he can do is to post the shipping information on internal board, and waiting for the carrier to take the order, the worst thing is that ShipACarDirect make you take all the risks. If any carrier take the order, then they earn the broker fee. If no carrier would like to take the order, then you take all the risk. All they want is risk free and easy money, they cannot even actively looking for carrier. They do not have any capability to solve any difficulty they simply throw all the risks and difficulties to the customers.

Their broker fee is very expensive in compare with other brokers.

I chat several times online, Stefan only gave one call to my cousin, because I told online chat that I never got any feedback, before that time, he simply ignore the request.

Another broker can find a carrier for me in only one day, which means that this broker and Stefan can not deal with any difficulties, they only want to sit in the office, post the request, waiting and through all the risk and difficulties to the customers to afford.

Due to their delay, I have to rent car for three more weeks. But just as Stefan said: he does not know any thing, he has nothing to do with all these thing, he can not do any thing. The only thing he can do is to collect the money when there is something luck happen.

Please accept our apologies for not being able to find a carrier for you. In the auto transport industry, lead time doesn't help get a carrier secured sooner. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a backup plan when scheduling. Carriers will generally wait until they are in the area and ready to pick up vehicles before agreeing to sign any contracts. Stefan tried his best to look for a carrier, apparently, there were no carriers available to pick-up your route. We are sorry to hear about the lack of proper communication. We do our best to provide the best customer service and return calls promptly. Not getting a return call from your rep is unacceptable to us and is definitely not how we operate. Stefan made several attempts to call the number we have on file for you but the calls were answered by your cousin. We sincerely apologize if our team did not help you to your satisfaction.
