Read reviews online & shipacardirect was a clear winner. Didn’t hesitate to book right away! They sent informative emails & links to videos to help understand the process. Was very reassured the whole time. They also have an app to document your car condition which keeps you at ease. They check up on you and let you know what’s going on and what to expect. This echoes the reviews online and shows consistency. This showed a company who truly cares and value customer service. I will use them again in the future & will refer to friends & family. I was paired with Black Mustang Transport out of MA. Paul the owner & Vlad were responsive, patient, flexible & very friendly. He called me personally & kept me updated. I had to change the drop off location last min and he was very accommodating. Great guy! Car arrived in Florida a day early! I was very satisfied! Overall, it was an easy and excellent experience.
