It was a bit frustrating to get a date lined up as we were leaving the state. We ended up needing to change our destination city since we were in a bit of a time crunch. We were told that we didn't need to call until the week of pick up. Don't listen to that. Get it scheduled ASAP. Once we did get assigned to a driver they were terrific to work with and kept us updated every step of the way.
