My car was transported to GA from Colorado Springs and then to Colorado Springs from GA. The Ship-a car direct team (Jennifer to name just one of the people who helped and cked on me) were super helpful and always there when I texted or emailed! This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle. The transport companies were pretty awesome as well responding when I texted or called re the arrival of my vehicle. The vetting of the transport companies that is completed by Ship-a car direct was seen through that piece for me (the transport companies quick response to my questions as a first "timer").
