It was my first time shipping a car so I was quite worried about the whole experience. I am glad we found ship a car direct who makes the shipping process easy and worry-free. Our car was picked up at the first available date and delivered several earlier than the expectation, which is great. The only thing I think ship a car direct can improve is to have the driver communicates more with the customers. We didn't get a call from the driver until the day before the pickup date.
