I had a friendly sales rep and extremely kind driver who made my delivery. I gave a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating only because it took almost 2 weeks for them to obtain a carrier for my vehicle. (I do need to state that I was told that it was due to the fact that I requested an enclosed trailer because I have a high end vehicle)
