We used Ship A Car Direct to transport our vehicle from Chicago to Florida. We had never shipped a car before and did not know what to expect. I must say that I was impressed with the customer service and communication. Once our pick up date was confirmed, the driver from Mega Load contacted us to confirm his arrival time. There were no issues and he was very polite. The car arrived to the destination sooner than we expected in great condition other than some dirt. Ship A Car Direct provided communication throughout the process and Stefan was a tremendous help and explained everything. We are using them again to ship a second car in a few weeks.
