This is the 3rd time I've had to ship a car but the first time I used a business that does the transport company coordination. The first 2 cars were picked up and delivered to locations that had a fairly high volume of vehicles being moved between them so we were able to find a good transport provider directly without having to use a company like Ship a Car Direct. We knew the transport company that worked between the locations and they had a good reputation and we were not on a specific timeline. This last time I decided to go with Ship a Car Direct because I was moving a more expensive car from a new location, and was concerned about finding a good transport company to get it delivered safely without damage. I can definitely say that the folks at Ship a Car Direct did a great job of finding the right carrier, getting the car picked up and delivered on time, and there were zero issues with the complete process. Bottom line, if you don't have time to research all of the potential auto carriers yourself, then Ship a Car Direct can probably help you find a reputable transport company to meet your schedule. They did everything they said they were going to do, kept in touch to make sure things went right, and got the car delivered as coordinated without a single issue. Great job by the transport company that delivered the car as well.
