After an Internet search for dependable Auto Transporters, I was convinced that Ship a Car Direct would be the one. Confident from reading all the reviews and rating, but nervous not know how dependable the information may be. I placed my request online and was almost immediately contacted by John at Ship a Car via email with a quote. Easy to read and understand. Once I made my decision I called John, to hear a "Real" voice and was very pleased with how he explained the process and NO pressure approach. He sent me a link with the contract and then it started. I was assigned a carrier in the time frame that I had requested and the carrier was immediately in contact with me and the party at the other end that had the vehicle. The vehicle was scheduled for pick up, pick up happened right on time by professional and courteous driver. Care was taken when handling the vehicle. I received several updates and was provided a contact number for the driver delivering the vehicle. The vehicle arrived exactly on the date and time the driver had told me to expect. The vehicle was taken off the transport with care and I was given time to inspect the vehicle with no pressure to hurry. The driver was professional and very pleasant. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition! During this entire process, Ship a Car Direct was in contact with me and available for any and all questions I had. They recommended an app to use for documenting the condition of the vehicle and provided helpful information to make the process smooth. I can HIGHLY recommend Ship a Car!
