Our apologies you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately in the auto transport industry, lead time doesn't help get a carrier secured sooner. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling. It is quite normal not to have a carrier on the first day of your available window. We always do our best to explain the way that this industry works as it is quite different from booking a flight or a hotel. Thank you for your feedback and we will definitely work on improving our processes.
